Rosie Baldino

Rosie is a former banking professional with extensive experience in the financial industry. After a successful career in banking, she transitioned to the nonprofit sector, driven by her passion for making a meaningful impact in her community. For the past two years, she has been dedicated to teaching social-emotional learning to students in grades three through six as part of the Know and Grow and Conflict Resolution programs. She finds fulfillment in helping children develop essential life skills such as self-awareness, empathy, and resilience. Through her work, she strives to empower young minds with the tools they need to navigate challenges, build strong relationships, and thrive in all aspects of life.
