With over 26 years at BMS, she brings a deep and seasoned perspective on leveraging analytics to advance strategic decision-making within a mission-driven organization.

Hima earned her undergraduate degree in Engineering and went on to complete her MBA from Rutgers University with a concentration in Management and Business Strategy. She resides in West Windsor, NJ with her family.
