Tom leads OCIO and Sub-Advisory Channel Development at New York Life Investment Management, where he is responsible for relationship management and business development initiatives across these channels. Before joining New York Life, he previously worked for more than twenty years at Blackrock where he was responsible for their $75 billion plus Short Duration strategies.  Tom earned his B.S. in Finance from Siena College and his MBA in Finance from St. John’s University.  He is a CFA charterholder and Series 7 FINRA registered representative.
