“The More We Know, The More We Grow”
Know & Grow develops assertive decision-making skills through a growth mindset approach. Students engage in role-playing, discussions, and interactive activities to practice the “Stop, Think, Know” method—a structured process for evaluating situations and making safe, positive choices. Topics include peer pressure, showing empathy and being an upstander, stress management, online and internet safety, and seeking help from trusted adults. By understanding how their actions impact themselves, others, and their community, students build confidence in social interactions.
