“Building a Foundation for Safety & Emotional Awareness”
Through engaging storytelling with diverse characters, kindergarteners learn how to manage their emotions and make responsible, safe decisions. Topics discussed are safe grownups, emotions, personal space, peer pressure, stranger safety, and what’s safe to put in our bodies. Each lesson concludes with a class safety promise, building up to a total of eight safety promises that students take home to reinforce learning with their families.
