Kim Schubert is passionate about empowering youth and equipping students with the skills necessary to thrive at every stage of life. With a focus on helping students discover their “why,” she encourages a goal-oriented mindset that fosters resilience and personal growth. Kim inspires young people to overcome obstacles and embrace challenges as opportunities to learn and evolve.

With a Bachelor’s in Science and a Master’s in Education from The College of New Jersey, Kim brings both expertise and heart to her roles as a teacher, coach, and mother. Kim has been involved with Embright Education for over 10 years and enjoys connecting with youth of all ages in the classrooms she services. Known for being fair, understanding, and compassionate, Kim takes a logical and realistic approach to guiding others. The combination of empathy and motivation helps students develop the confidence they need to pursue their goals with determination and clarity.
