Rajneet (Pimmi) Goomer
Rajneet Goomer is a dynamic leader, award-winning administrator, and recognized Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) expert with a 20-year career dedicated to fostering innovative and equitable educational spaces. She most recently served as the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum & Instruction for a public school district, leading strategic curriculum initiatives, professional learning programs, and data-informed policies to ensure all students have access to high-quality education.
A passionate advocate for student-centered learning, Rajneet prioritizes essential skills, executive function, mental health, and social-emotional learning (SEL) in her work. She has been at the forefront of transformational change in education, designing programs that remove barriers and provide meaningful support for diverse learners. Her commitment to innovation has earned recognition for her contributions to education, including the Mimi Ballard CANDO Award.
Throughout her career, Rajneet has implemented equity-driven initiatives that foster inclusion and amplify underrepresented voices. She has presented at state and national conferences and collaborated with cross-sector partners to advance equitable learning practices. Her expertise spans executive function education, EdTech integration, strategic partnerships, and program development, all with a focus on ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.
She holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), along with certifications in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University and Diversity Studies from Capella University.
Rajneet is eager to bring her expertise, leadership, and vision to the education nonprofit space, continuing her work in advocating for students, shaping innovative learning environments, and driving initiatives that support essential skills, mental health, and holistic student development.
